At ICI Mechanical, LLC we provide around-the-clock maintenance to several school districts, industrial facilities, and hospitals including but not limited to, MVP Group, Tyson Feed Mill, Paducah City Schools, McCracken County Schools, Graves County Schools, Lyon County Schools, McCracken County Jail, Graves County Jail, Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield and several other large scale area businesses and churches.
Our company is dedicated to each business and they depend on us for all their mechanical and maintenance needs. We are fully aware that these issues may arise after business hours and we pride ourselves in being able to get our technicians out to the job location in a very reasonable amount of time.

Our Team
Matt Ingram
Matt is ICI Mechanical’s owner and operator. He has been in the construction business for 20 years and fully understands the demands called upon by his customers. His attention to detail, ability to budget and maintain a safety-oriented work environment through proper training of PPE techniques, and hands on involvement set him apart in this industry. He started his career as a Journeyman Pipefitter/Welder. Throughout his time working in the Chemical Plant facilities in Calvert City, he oversaw and supervised tradesman construction aspects, and excelled in his profession. His wide range of industry knowledge in combination with his business experience gives him an edge on his competitors. In turn, he uses that to not only benefit the company, but directly passes that on to the customer.
Keith Byerly
Keith holds the position of Head of the Mechanical Division at ICI Mechanical. He started his career as a Pipefitter/Service Technician in the mechanical field. His knowledge of the HVAC industry is unmatched in the areas of boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. He is STAR certified and has over 30 years of experience in construction management and HVAC. Keith plays a vital role in our company and is a forward-thinking individual. This allows him to identify preventative maintenance issues before they become larger, more costly projects for our customers.
